A new hobby in our house is summer grilling. Ever since fourth of July weekend, there has been a burger on the grill most weekends. There is something about making a burger just how you want it - when you want it. Nothing fancy, just bun, meat (equal parts of chuck, flap and boneless short rib), cheese, lettuce, tomato, mustard, ketchup and mayo.
